1 . 11 . 2017  .. One of my small sketches using liquid graphite (Sepia Toned) and Watercolor on Gesso'd #300 Arches' rough paper  ...5 1/2" x 7 1/4" in a 3" French cut mat..  Also shown below with an additional double mat configuration added which makes it a triple mat with the inner mat having a "V" cut. A different mat set-up from my norm, but I think I like it on this small painting...  I just had the extra colored mat lying around and was curious on how it would look...
